Halloween - Civilian Pack 1, Michelle and Eugene

Michelle Blanton and Eugene Kelly are joining the group of playable Civilians this October to help defend the citizens of Haddonfield. Eugene’s Unique Trait, Lurker, allows him to linger in bushes to increase both stamina regen and stalk degradation. Michelle’s Unique Trait, Therapeutic, grants a percentage of health gained from health items to those in her close vicinity.
