Sir-Ice-A-Lot comes pre-built and is available in Emergency Shelter vendors (Story) and Vending Machines (Multiplayer). In addition, Sir-Ice-A-Lot can be created by combining a snowman mask + mechanical item together to create an ice shattering experience.
